Many of us have a "love/hate" relationship with social media. Do you get any push back from your work with the Pesticide Action Network? I would imagine the big chemical companies selling pesticides, herbicides, etc. might push back from your good work. John Oliver did an excellent program a couple of weeks ago on corn and the results of all the chemicals used in growing corn.
BTW, love the pictures of your "kitty farm managers".
I did see John Oliver's item on corn, which was pretty accurate. As far as push back is concerned - we do get it. And they typically have more people (by far) than we do to cover the ground. One of our scientists worked hard on a paper and pressure was brought to bear to have it retracted. The jury is STILL out on it. They also periodically have people contact us to try to get us to "cooperate" with them or offering to share our side of a story. It can be a tough road sometimes.
